Sales down in July but median price is up.
Seattle Times reports July activity in homes sales. Fewer first-time and lower-end buyers enter the market while some higher-end activity causes the median price to go up. I've felt a sharp drop in current activity myself. Interest rates are still great which I hope leads to renewed interest in buying. Click here to see the entire Seattle Times article.
