Study says that certified "Green" homes appreciated more than uncertified homes in this Seattle Times article.

Homes that are certified "Built Green" have appreciated 1% percent in 2007 and 8% during the first 8 months of 2008. "Built Green" has caught on in our city and I do believe that most people will by something "green" if the price is relatively comparable.
